We are open from 10am until 6:30pm weekdays by appointment only. However, if you are unable to make it in at these times please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Ryder diamonds is proud to offer lifetime diamond upgrades on "Ryder collection" items. For bespoke jewellery, it is difficult for us to buy back larger sized diamonds as each diamond is individually selected for our customers. We prefer not to hold stock, but rather reach out to find the exact diamond that will suit our client from our large network of international diamond dealers. Please do let us know the details of your diamond that you wish to upgrade however, and we will do our best to help you to upgrade the diamond.

The majority of our diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with its specific identification number. Your GIA certificate will mention if the stone has a laser inscription or not.

Our workshop, where all of our pieces are made, is located onsite right next to our showroom. Visitors will be able to take a tour of the workshop and meet our master craftsmen.

Yes! If you have purchased your diamond from us but would prefer that your partner participate in choosing the design, we offer a temporary setting for your diamond. Please contact us for more details.

All of Ryder diamond's jewellery is 100% hand made, which means that we can custom design and create your one of a kind piece. We really love to do something different to what we've done before for another client. We generally start by discussing design preferences, choosing the main diamond and then doing a technical sketch of the design, all drawn to scale so that it gives a good visual representation of the design. Our jewellers then use that sketch to craft the piece of jewellery. The end result is a truly bespoke and original piece of jewellery.

If there is a ring from our website that you like and would like to see additional images from different angles please make an enquiry and we will send you additional photos if we have them.

Yes. You can choose 18k white gold, 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold and Platinum.

Yes, all of our pieces are rhodium-plated to give them a brilliant shine and a protective layer.

Collection VS = This means that the colour grade is D-F and the clarity grade is VVS1-VS2. We select our melee (small sized) diamonds for their superb cutting which is what produces the brilliance and fire in diamonds. This grade is the highest grade possible for purchase of melee diamonds. These stones are graded by diamond experts but do not come with a certificate.

Collection SI = D-F colour, SI1-SI2 clarity. We choose the same criteria for cutting as we do for "Collection VS".

We source our diamonds from an extensive network of dealers in Hong Kong and overseas that are all members of the Kimberly process. All of our diamonds are ethically sourced.

Handmade diamond jewellery to a high quality is a dying art. All of our craftsmen are experts at working in gold and platinum and highly skilled to work with high valued and precious gems. The nature of bespoke means that your piece will be an original piece of art. Each piece is done by the hands of these artisans rather than machines, so incidental marks in the gold or very slight flaws should not be considered as imperfections. Each piece will have its own characteristics. This is part of the beauty of a handmade piece that is one of a kind and uniquely yours.

All of our items are shipped with FedEx. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide.

All FedEx deliveries will require a signature. Please provide a shipping address and contact number where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours. Ryder does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Each Ryder Collection item is securely packaged, insured and shipped via FedEx. All items are delivered direct to your specified shipping address.

RYDER DIAMONDS does not pay your country's duty tax. The customer is responsible for their corresponding duties and tax. Duties and taxes vary according to the destination country, please check your rates prior to purchasing items.

Ryder Diamonds offers free FedEx shipping and insurance, however the customer is responsible for duties and tax payable in your specific countries. This is made clear in the checkout process and can be verified by the customer before completing purchase. Each piece of jewellery will arrive in its own individual packaging. Where a customer has ordered multiple items, each item may be delivered in separate shipments or together in a consolidated shipment at the discretion of Ryder Diamonds

If you wish to make a purchase from Ryder Diamonds for delivery outside of the countries listed, please email our customer support team directly at info@ryderdiamonds.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We will accept returns within notification of 7 days of receipt of the Ryder Collection (shop) items only. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned. The customer is responsible to return the item in it's “as new” condition and is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

To register your intention to return the item, please email us at info@ryderdiamonds.com. Customer is responsible to return the item as new and pay for the shipping and insurance costs. The items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. You will receive full refund within 30 days.
